03 / Authority

Your mind has opinions. Your Authority has a process.

Authority is the way your clearest decisions tend to emerge. Not from overthinking harder—but from learning the language of your own body, timing and truth.

Decision-making, not fortune-telling

Your answer may not arrive as a sentence.

Your mind is brilliant at gathering information, spotting patterns and imagining consequences. It is also very good at fear, people-pleasing and building a watertight case for whatever feels safest.

Authority gives you a personal process for moving beneath that noise. Depending on your design, clarity may come through time, a gut response, an instinctive hit, your spoken truth, the right environment or a full lunar cycle.

The goal is not perfect decisions. It is a more honest relationship with how you choose.

The Authorities

How clarity can arrive.

Emotional

Give it time

There is no reliable truth in the emotional now. Let the wave move. You do not need total certainty—just a calmer clarity that remains when the high or low has passed.

Sacral

Listen for the gut

Your body responds in the moment to something real. A pull toward, an opening, an “uh-huh”—or a contraction, heaviness or “uhn-uhn.” Simple questions can help the signal become clearer.

Splenic

Hear the quiet instinct

Clarity can arrive as a subtle, immediate knowing about wellbeing, safety or timing. It often speaks once, softly, in the present moment—before the mind begins its committee meeting.

Ego Manifested

Hear what you truly want

Clarity is connected to will, desire and what you have the heart to commit to. Speaking it aloud helps reveal whether the promise is genuinely yours to make.

Ego Projected

Notice what is worth it

Within the right recognition and invitation, listen to what you genuinely want and whether the commitment is worth your precious willpower.

Self-Projected

Hear your direction

Talk with a trusted sounding board who will not tell you what to do. As you hear your own voice, notice what sounds like you and which direction feels true.

Mental / Environmental

Use the right space

You are not designed to find certainty inside your body. Talk things through in supportive environments and listen to the clarity that appears through your own voice.

Lunar

Let the cycle unfold

For major choices, move through roughly one lunar cycle. Sample different perspectives and environments, talk it out, and notice what stays steady across time.

Your chart will show your Authority. You do not need to try every one—or choose the one you like best.
The mind can advise.
It does not have to drive.
Try it gently

One decision. Less noise.

  1. Choose a real decision that is not urgent or high stakes.
  2. Name the pressure: fear, proving, pleasing or rushing.
  3. Use the process connected to your Authority.
  4. Notice what remains when the pressure settles.
  5. Record what happened—without turning it into a pass or fail.
